Cantemus, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization. This website is operated by Cantemus to provide information about our chorus to our visitors, and to process ticket purchases, donations and program advertising sales.

Cantemus is committed to protecting the privacy of its patrons and has adopted this Privacy Policy to inform users how personal information submitted via the site is stored and used.

Security

Cantemus respects your privacy and makes every effort to ensure the security of its hosted web servers and systems. This site has industry-standard security measures in place through its domain host, Doteasy.com, and its database software provider and payment gateway, Charityproud. Contact Information

Cantemus collects your name and email address to fulfill a ticket order, accept a donation, or process the purchase of a program ad. Your contact information may be used to follow up with you as necessary. After processing your transaction, we may use the information you provided to send you news about our organization and upcoming events, via email or postal mail. We do not share or trade our mailing list or email addresses.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your consent.

Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

When you subscribe to our email list, your contact information will be stored with a third-party service such as Mailchimp. Mailchimp’s privacy policy can be found here.

If you purchase a ticket, make a donation or buy a program ad on cantemus.org, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment. The financial details of your transaction will be stored by our payment transaction processor, PayPal. PayPal’s privacy statement can be found here. Credit card information will not be stored on our web server or used for marketing purposes. We will retain order information for our records. This information is not shared or sold to third parties.

Opt-Out Policy

By contacting us through the website, making a donation, or purchasing a ticket or program ad online, you are consenting to receive concert announcements, news updates and marketing emails from: CANTEMUS, P.O. Box 784, Ipswich, MA 01938, https://cantemus.org. You can revoke your consent to receive emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email message. Emails are currently serviced by Mailchimp.
